IP CCTV Cameras
IP cameras are the future of CCTV. Harrold-Jones Services can design, install and maintain systems from single crew operations to a full control room, viewing multiple cameras.
Cameras can be fixed or PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom), offering dynamic images which can be viewed on-site, on network video recorders or on servers / PC for the 30 day requirement of ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).
IP Cameras can be configured to meet your individual requirements offering motion detection, low light capability, audio speech paths and a vast range of viewing solutions. Re-Deployment CCTV Cameras
No matter how good your end point technology is, the way you get your signal from A to B will ultimately decide whether your system works the way you need it to. We can design and deliver trusted and reliable transmission solutions to get your signals from A to B and C and beyond.
We can use IP links, Wireless links, Fibre Optic or Remote Power. This enables us to connect any remote CCTV camera back to a viewable platform.

CCTV Maintenance
HJS have operatives who are trained to maintain CCTV solutions, this could be in a busy control room working on every facet of CCTV integration, in some cases this could involve various manufacturer’s equipment with open protocol or it could be a single manufacturer’s equipment.
We send our CCTV engineers on manufacturer’s courses to obtain qualifications which enable us to work directly on their equipment. As verified engineers this gives us the ability to undertake diagnostics on site and we have a detailed knowledge of specific software and hardwired solutions. It also enables us to remotely undertake diagnostic and review the system, and in some instances, faults can be rectified without the need of an onsite engineer.
CCTV systems are not just about a camera and a recorder but are about data transmission and networking, our engineers both design and maintain these either wireless connection, fibre optic, IP or 4G connections.
